    This daguerreotype features a young gentleman with freckles wearing a patterned waistcoat and striped trousers. His watch chain was gold tinted. The image was taken by T.H. Newcomer in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
    The 1/6 plate was resealed with new glass and the case measures about 3.25 x 3.75 inches.
