SHIPPING & DELIVERY
At ZDance, we provide tracking delivery to any address within Global. However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, military and restricted areas, all naval ports.
On the front, we deliver to most countries that Israel’s mail have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.
ORDER STATUS & TRACKING
All orders placed from Sunday to Thursday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 14 working days upon confirmation of payment. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received.
Local Deliveries
There are 2 delivery options available for customers, local pickup and Tracked shipping.
Local pickup
– is FREE for all local orders and it takes approximately 7 working days to reach you from the time of order, then we will schedule an appointment for pickup.
Tracked shipping
–is available at an additional charge of 12$. Shipping time depends on Israel’s mail. Their commitment is up to 14 business days at most.
Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders with  Israel’s mail site.
International Deliveries
For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on Israel’s mail and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way.

Return and exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize otherwise. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and refund for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
All items must be with their product tags intact.
All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition.
Originals receipts would need to be included.
All items would need to be purchased originally from ZDance Israel.
If some of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are exchangeable. A refund is also possible with a deduction of 10% from the purchase price.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 14 days from the delivery date, and 20 days for overseas orders. All requests for returns would need to be strictly made online at  zdance.co.il  for both local and overseas deliveries.
2. EXCHANGES AT OUR BOUTIQUE
For local deliveries (Israel Only), there is an option to schedule an appointment through our online portal at  zdance.co.il.
2.1 You will need to bring along your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition to our boutique.
2.2 You will be entitled to an exchange of any item(s) in the boutique immediately after evaluation that it is valid.
2.3 If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to top up the difference in cash.
2.4 There will be no refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s).
3. EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE
3.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
3.2 Mail us your parcel via a traceable mode of postage.
3.3 Wait for our email confirmation and you will be notified once your refund.  Generally, the processing period is 5 working days upon receipt of your parcel.
3.4 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.
4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
4.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order
4.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wears and tear of a product.
