    Description

    Circa late 1840s hand tinted sixth plate daguerreotype photo of a little girl holding a fan. She is seated in front of an unusual looking backdrop which appear to be wood planks or large bricks. Her dress, fan, cheeks, and face are lightly hand tinted. Archivally resealed. Housed in a full case with a geometric design.
    * CONDITION: Good+ with no scratches, wipes, spots, etc. There are several tiny pinpoint green plate eruptions along the bottom and some light mold spiders along the far left and right edges. Case is Very Good+ with some light wear as shown.
    * SIZE: Sixth plate.
