FANCY ANTIQUE 14K GOLD CARVED SHELL PORTRAIT CAMEO PIN/PENDANT,DIAMOND NECKLACE

Antique 14k solid gold mounted carved shell portrait cameo of a Victorian woman wearing a white gold wire solitaire 2.5 point Diamond necklace. Very pretty old cameo has both a pinback fastener for wear as a brooch and a fold away bale for wear on a chain necklace as a pendant. This auction is for the cameo only and not the display necklace seen in some pics. The gold setting is quite fancy and shows filigreed outer edges with four raised gold accent mounts. The cameo measures 1 3/8" long to outer edges of gold frame x 1 1/8" wide and has a gross weight of 7.7 grams. The cameo is in fine condition with no chips or cracks to shell and only modest overall wear. The gold is unmarked but has been professionally tested and is fully guaranteed to be at least 14k in content. Please enlarge all pics for best details. Starts low with no reserve.
