US Patriotic Empty 1/6 plate ( 2"3/4 x 3"1/4 ) thermoplastic case: Berg # 1-56 " Constitution & Laws ".  Stars, Shield and Eagle with its wings spread open.
Tough to open (has play at clasp when shut), hinges have play, corner chip and crack (3rd & 5th  auction photo) also crack near hinge on same case opening side (4th auction photo), separation when closed (hinge issue see last auction photo).  Other wear and loss.
