Duduk is made of a high quality dense and old apricot wood. This wild wood has been dryed for a number of years and is properly selected, checked in terms of microdefects and vibrance. It provides good overtones, has a nice and soft, juicy, oily, fat and deep sound. The reed/reeds could be easy/medium/hard - depending on your level of playing.
Size of A is perfectly balanced in terms of length and base/high notes which is played in musical schools, colledges and conservatory in Armenia.
