    Up for consideration we have an Antique 1/2 Case Daguerrotype Qtr Plate of a Large 1840's Family with Baby. This Daguerrotype measures 4 3/4"x 3 5/8" overall. As seen in the photos this Daguerrotype shows great detail and sharpness, but it odes suffer some rust spotting on the mat.
